1、项目简介爆炸焊接是以炸药为能源来进行金属间的焊接和生产金属复合材料的一门高、新技术。它的一个最大特点是能将几乎所有的金属材料、特别是那些物理和化学性质相差悬殊的金属材料、在一瞬间强固地和大面积地焊接起来。用爆炸法已焊接了300余对金属材料。常见和常用的有:不锈钢—钢、钛—钢、铜—钢、铝—钢、镍—钢、铝—铜、银—铜等。爆炸焊接的一个最大用途是制造诸如上述组合的大面积的金属复合材料。如双金属和多金属的复合板、复合管、复合管板、复合管棒和复合异形件等。
1, Project Profile Explosive welding is a kind of high and new technology that uses explosives as energy source to weld metal and produce metal composite materials. One of its greatest features is the ability to bond virtually all metallic materials, especially those with widely differing physical and chemical properties, in a snap to large areas.
