We used five questionnaires, “Dispatch System Staff Cognition of Employment Forms,” to conduct a survey of 270 staff members on the dispatch system. The results showed that: (1) Dispatching system staff organization identity, job involvement and job satisfaction are all at a high level, leaving the relatively low tendency. (2) 78.9% knew their own dispatch status; 33.1% were willing to work as dispatch workers; and there was a vague awareness and ambivalence about dispatch. (3) It is obviously higher than those who do not know if the organization of dispatch system identity, job dedication, work meaning and work fun are obvious; job satisfaction and job dedication willing to work as dispatch system are significantly higher than unwilling ones. To a certain extent, the determination of the type of employment determines the attitude of employees who are sent to work.
