However, it is still an unfinished issue as to how to evaluate it, solve the problem without any problems, and provide any enlightenment on the development of science in the future. Recently, the CPC Central Committee made a major policy of prospering the philosophy and social sciences and regarded it as a major task in building an overall well-to-do society. It also stipulated and deployed its important status, implementation of policies and major measures. It is the historical responsibility of social scientists to promote the development and prosperity of philosophy and social sciences without any loss of opportunity and to exert its great role in the socialist modernization drive.
