目的了解南宁市外环境标本中禽流感病毒的动态分布情况,为人感染禽流感病毒提供风险评估依据。方法采集环境标本用实时荧光PCR法检测A型流感病毒通用型、H5、H7和H9亚型核酸,监测数据用SPSS21.0软件进行统计分析。结果共采集外环境标本468份,A型流感病毒通用型核酸阳性标本共62份,总阳性率为13.25%;H5、H9、A型未分型和H5+H9检出率分别为4.91%、3.42%、4.27%和0.64%。1月、4月和8月禽流感病毒的阳性率较高。各类监测标本中,砧板表面检出率最高(38.10%),粪便最低(7.32%)。结论南宁市城乡活禽市场外环境中有H5、H9禽流感病毒污染,存在感染人的风险,应继续加强外环境禽流感病毒监测。
Objective To understand the dynamic distribution of avian influenza virus in the external environment specimens of Nanning and to provide a basis for assessing the risk of human infection with avian influenza virus. Methods Genomic DNA of influenza A, H5, H7 and H9 subtypes were detected by real-time fluorescence PCR. The monitoring data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results A total of 468 specimens were collected, 62 samples were positive for type A influenza virus, the total positive rate was 13.25%. The detection rates of H5, H9, A type and H5 + H9 were 4.91% 3.42%, 4.27% and 0.64% respectively. The positive rate of bird flu virus was higher in January, April and August. In all kinds of monitoring samples, the detection rate of the cutting board surface was the highest (38.10%) and the lowest was (7.32%). Conclusions There is contamination of H5 and H9 avian influenza viruses in the live environment of livelihoods in urban and rural areas of Nanning City. There is a risk of infection with human beings. Monitoring of avian influenza virus in external environment should be continued.
