经济迅猛的发展,极大的促进着旅游业服务的激增,也越来越受到社会各界的充分关注。通过近些年来的研究发现,通过网上的途径来进行旅游消费的用户增加很快,对旅行社的服务业务提出了巨大的挑战。然而在旅游电商迅速发展的过程中,服务质量不到位、经常受到投诉的问题也日益凸显,为此需要引进旅游服务供应链协调的体系来加以规范。
The rapid economic development has greatly boosted the surge in tourism services and drawn more and more attention from all sectors of society. Through the research in recent years, it has been found that the number of users who travel through the Internet is increasing rapidly, posing a huge challenge to the travel agency’s service business. However, in the process of the rapid development of tourism e-commerce providers, the quality of service is not in place and the issue of frequent complaints has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a coordinated system of travel service supply chain to regulate it.
