Objective: To understand the related factors of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The clinical reports of 95 cases of clinical antibacterials reported in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results: The prevalence of ADR in women was higher than that in men, and the clinical manifestations of ADR were mainly skin and its attachments, accounting for 51.8% of the total cases. The antibacterial ADR varieties were dominated by the new generation of quinolones and cephalosporins, 56.9% of the number. Conclusion: Therefore, we should strengthen the implementation of “guidelines for the clinical application of antimicrobial agents” to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by antimicrobial agents.
