目的:研究工作场所空气中二氧化氯的检测方法。方法:用酸性紫43为显色剂,二氧化氯能破坏酸性紫43的分子结构,使其紫色溶液褪色。依据溶液褪色程度比色定量。结果:二氧化氯含量在0μg~30μg范围内呈线性关系,回归方程y=-0.0161x-0.0062,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.2μg/ml。当采集的空气样品体积为7.5 L时,最低检出浓度为0.16 mg/m3。结论:该方法简便实用,结果准确可靠,适合工作场所空气中二氧化氯含量的测定。
Objective: To study the detection method of chlorine dioxide in the air in the workplace. Methods: With acid violet 43 as chromogenic reagent, chlorine dioxide can destroy the molecular structure of acid violet 43 and make its purple solution fade. According to the degree of solution colorimetric quantitative. Results: The content of chlorine dioxide showed a linear relationship in the range of 0μg ~ 30μg. The regression equation y = -0.0161x-0.0062, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9997, the detection limit was 0.2μg / ml. When the volume of air sample collected is 7.5 L, the minimum detectable concentration is 0.16 mg / m3. Conclusion: The method is simple and practical, the results are accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of chlorine dioxide in the workplace air.
