咸丰地处鄂西南边陲,是一个山区小县、穷县。近年来,咸丰县委、县政府立足地方资源,壮大支柱产业,富民富县一齐抓,面貌发生了很大变化。财政收入年均递增25.6％,贫困人口由18.24万人减少到2.95万人。咸丰县加快财源建设的做法和经验值得贫困山区县学习借鉴。
