2015年,石油开发中心在推广注采一体化工艺应用中,推广应用注采一体泵95井次,其中不正常井为22井次,故障率为23.1%。技术和现场操作人员在调查注采一体泵不正常井情况的基础上,对主要影响因素进行了详细的分析,提出了制定操作规程、调整游动阀结构,改善固定阀材质、改变柱塞表面处理方式与优选泵型、改善脱接器等四项改进措施的实施,共推广应该注采一体泵174井次,正常率94.25%,取得了良好的效果。
