在英语教学中要让每个学生都学有所得,学有所用,要真正面向全体学生,我们可以用陶行知先生的“教学做合一”及“因材施教”教育教学理论来解决这一问题。一、教学做合一长期以来,英语教学过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授,忽视对学生实际运用能力的培养,学生虽然掌握了一定的语法和词汇知识,但不会在具体的语境中运用。所以,教师不能死教书,不能让学生简单地背词汇,背语法规则,而应该让学生去感知、体验、实践。教师要尽可能地设计能组织学生进行大量的听、说、做等的活动,这样,为了特定的学习目的进行特定的语言活动,通过交流获得知识并积累相应的经验。还要为不同层次的学生提供参与学习、体验成功的机会,要有明确的责任分工,促进学生之间有效地
