用膜片钳的方法,在培养wistar 大鼠乳鼠心室肌细胞上分别记录T 型、L 型、B 型钙通道的单通道活动。异马钱子碱显著激动3 种钙通道的活动,使其开放时间延长,关闭时间缩短,开放概率增加,而对通过每一种离子通道的离子流幅值无明显影响。采用电镜观察的方法,结果表明异马钱子碱能明显地抵消黄嘌呤黄嘌呤氧化酶引起的破坏培养的心室肌细胞肌丝和线粒体等超微结构的作用
Using patch clamp method, the single-channel activity of T-type, L-type, and B-type calcium channels was recorded on cultured wistar rat ventricular myocytes. Isoniazid significantly stimulated the activity of the three calcium channels, prolonged their opening time, shortened the closure time, and increased the open probability, but had no significant effect on the amplitude of the ion flow through each ion channel. Using electron microscopy, the results showed that isorphine could significantly offset the effects of xanthine-xanthine oxidase on the ultrastructure of myocytes and mitochondria in cultured ventricular myocytes.
