胜利油田自1965年开发以来,以经历了43年的历史,当年的石油工人如今已变成了暮年老者,离退休职工人数逐年增加,如何让这些当年脚踏荒原、为石油奉献终身的老石油们度过幸福、充实的晚年生活,成为油田各级老年部门和老年工作者的工作追求。笔者认为,搞好老年教育,办好老年大学,开设适合老同志的教学课程,提升老同志生活质量,是让老石油们度过幸福、充实晚年生活的重要途径。本文通过对老龄问题的剖析,探讨老年教育的必要性及一般方法。
Since its development in 1965, Shengli Oilfield has experienced 43 years of history. The oil workers of that year have now become old age. The number of retired workers has been increasing year by year. How to make these the footsteps of those days, and dedicate lifelong old oil to petroleum We have lived a happy and fulfilling old age life, and have become the pursuit of the elderly departments and elderly workers at all levels of the oilfield. The author believes that doing a good job of education for the elderly, running senior colleges and universities, setting up teaching curricula for the old comrades and improving the quality of life of the old comrades are important ways for the old oil people to live happily and enrich their lives in later life. Through the analysis of the issue of aging, this article explores the necessity and general methods of education for the elderly.
