语言交往能力是一种体现个性特征的综合心理能力,也是儿童适应生活,适应未来发展的一种基本能力。在实施“乐园教育”的过程中,教师在组织语言活动过程时经常忽略幼儿的主体性发展。长期以来,幼儿园在“应试教育”影响下,存在着重教育结果,轻教育过程的弊端。因此,我园以《幼儿园教育指导纲要》为指导,用“乐园教育”的理念,引导幼儿主动参与教育活动,通过语言游戏活动来促进幼儿主体性发展。
