为了研制新型、高效的国产反击式破碎机,基于冲击破碎理论和有限元方法,对国产CF250型反击式破碎机的转子进行显式动力学仿真分析。建立转子-板锤-矿石冲击碰撞系统的动力学仿真分析模型,并通过仿真分析,得到冲击破碎过程中转子基体及板锤的动态应力和变形图,以此为依据对转子的动力学特性进行分析,为反击式破碎机转子的设计提供理论依据。
In order to develop a new and efficient domestic impact crusher, based on the theory of impact crushing and finite element method, the dynamics of CF250 impact crusher rotor was simulated.
