当前我国社会的贫富差距问题已成为国内各方面关注的一个最突出的问题。2003年10-11月,“中国社会形势分析与预测”课题组对在中共中央党校学习的部分厅(局)级干部和县委书记进行了一次问卷调查,在关于形势发展中“最严重的问题”中,“收入差距”是选中率最高的,它排在失业(第二)、腐败(第三)之前,成为当前第一严重问题。当然这还是来自领导干部们的看法,若是从基层群众中调查,这一意见恐怕还要强烈得多。
