As Vermei Hinotov recently pointed out at the closing meeting of the Berlin Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, the solution to the German issue is “inseparably linked with the protection of European security.” The solution to this issue is of great significance for easing the current international tensions. Therefore, although the four foreign ministers failed to reach an agreement on the German issue, the German issue has not been erased from the agenda. In order to further ease international tensions and consolidate European peace, we must unswervingly strive for a solution to the German issue. The following books, to be introduced, provide some basic knowledge and factual material for readers interested in the German issue.
