将开关设备在线状态监测技术与微电子技术相结合,提出了开关设备在线状态监测系统级专用芯片的设计方案。该芯片集采集、计量、通信、调度功能于一体,配以少量外围器件,就可以实时监测开关设备的温度、机械、绝缘等各项状态参数,而且可以与上位机通信。与以往使用单片机进行在线状态监测相比,专用芯片具有可靠性高、通用性强、成本低等优点,代表了在线监测技术未来发展的方向。通过用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)进行硬件仿真,验证了该设计的正确性。
The switch equipment on-line state monitoring technology and microelectronic technology combine to put forward the on-line condition monitoring system-level switch chip-specific design. The chip set acquisition, measurement, communication, scheduling functions in one, together with a small amount of peripheral devices, real-time monitoring of switchgear temperature, mechanical, insulation and other status parameters, and can communicate with the host computer. Compared with the previous use of single-chip online status monitoring, ASIC has the advantages of high reliability, versatility, low cost, representing the future direction of online monitoring technology. The correctness of the design was verified by hardware simulation with a field programmable gate array (FPGA).
