目的:调查湖北省武当山地区重楼品种与分布,为重楼资源保护、规范化种植与合理开发提供依据。方法:抽样调查,采集武当山地区(湖北省十堰市所辖区内五县一市两区)以及神农架林区的野生重楼植物样本,制作原植物水浸标本及蜡叶标本,以活体标本鉴定为主,彩色图片鉴定为辅,进行品种鉴定,分析野生重楼分布状况。结果:武当山地区重楼属植物有2种6变种,主要分布在海拔600~2 400 m林下潮湿、背阴、富含腐殖质的壤土或砂土中,七叶一枝花和宽叶重楼分布最广。结论:七叶一枝花与宽叶重楼是武当山地区重楼的主流品种;野生重楼资源日趋减少,野生资源保护亟待加强;积极探索野生变家种的方法和技术,大力发展人工规范化种植,才是保持重楼资源可持续利用的关键。
Objective: To investigate the varieties and distribution of rebuilding buildings in Wudang Mountain area in Hubei Province, and to provide the basis for resource protection, standardized cultivation and rational development of rebuilding buildings. Methods: Sampling survey was conducted to collect wild plant samples from Wudang Mountain (five counties, one city and two districts within the jurisdiction of Shiyan City, Hubei Province) and Shennongjia forest region. Mainly, color picture identification supplemented by species identification, analysis of the distribution of wild re-floor. Results: There were 2 species of 6 species of Rhododendron in the Wudang Mountains. They were mainly distributed in moist, shady, humus-rich loam or sandy soil with an altitude of 600-2 400 m. The most widely. Conclusion: Aesculapius and Thujus reticulata are the main breeds of re-building in Wudang Mountain area. The resources of re-arboretum are decreasing day by day, and the protection of wild resources needs to be strengthened. The methods and techniques of changing wild species are wildly explored, and artificial planted planting , Is the key to maintain the sustainable use of heavy building resources.
