黑白木刻发展到今天有过辉煌的历史,也有过颓废的岁月。无法否认,八十年代以来国内版画氛围一直处在不景气的状态。在其经历了三、四十年代的辉煌和文革时期的盲目崇拜之后,一直处在一个平缓、低调的发展过程中。然而黑白木刻在新世纪当中的社会使命和存在价值是什么?它究竟处于一个什么样的存在状态?当今社会情形下到底还有没有发展的空间?是不是像有些人说的正在走向消亡?
Black and white woodcut development to have a glorious history today, there have been decadent years. Can not deny that since the eighties the domestic print atmosphere has been in a downturn state. After experiencing the splendor of 1930s and the blind worship of the Cultural Revolution, it has been in a gentle and low-key development. However, what is the social mission and existential value of black and white woodcut in the new century? What kind of existence is it in existence? Is there any room for development in today’s social situation? Is it as if some people are going to die?
