以H112铝合金为研究对象,建立了半固态金属连续铸轧过程的数学模型,利用计算机分析了倾斜板表面合金温度场、以及轧辊孔型辊缝型腔内合金温度场的分布及变化规律。该研究可为金属铸轧工艺中的温度控制提供参考。
Taking H112 aluminum as the research object, the mathematical model of semi-solid metal continuous casting and rolling process was established. The temperature distribution of the alloy on the surface of the inclined plate and the temperature distribution of the alloy in the groove of roll pass were analyzed by computer. This research can provide a reference for temperature control in metal casting and rolling process.
