目的了解某炼铁厂冶炼含铅铁矿石高炉车间对铅作业工人血铅水平的影响因素,以采取有效的措施,防止铅中毒的发生,保护工人的身体健康。方法对该炼铁厂102名接铅工人进行职业健康检查,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅。结果 1)检测血铅102人,血铅≥400μg/L者达67人,检出率为65.69%;2)岗位和既往有无血铅异常史两因素对工人血铅影响较大。结论该炼铁厂高炉车间铅危害严重,接铅工人血铅检出情况存在着岗位差别,反复铅中毒现象较普遍。应改进生产工艺,完善车间的排毒除尘设施,加强个人防护。
Objective To understand the influencing factors on blood lead levels of lead workers in smelting lead-bearing iron ore blast furnace in an iron smelter in order to take effective measures to prevent lead poisoning and protect the health of workers. Methods Occupational health examination was conducted on 102 workers who took lead in the iron works and blood lead was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results 1) The blood lead level was 102, blood lead level ≥400μg / L reached 67, the detection rate was 65.69%; 2) Both post and previous history of abnormal blood lead had a significant effect on blood lead level in workers. Conclusion The blast furnace workshop in the ironworks is seriously endangered by lead. There are post differences in the detection of blood lead among the lead workers, and repeated lead poisoning is common. Should improve the production process, improve the workshop detoxification and dust removal facilities, and strengthen personal protection.
