临床对乙型肝炎的治疗,普遍采用保护肝细胞功能,抗病毒和调整机体免疫功能相结合的方案。通过临床观察,采用干扰素联合转移因子治疗乙型肝炎,近期疗效较好,现报道如下。一、一般资料:在1998年我年厂职工健康体查中共发现乙型肝炎及乙肝病毒携带者31例,选择治疗15例。其中,男12例,女3例;年龄23～45岁。血清学检测结果示:肝功能均为异
Clinical treatment of hepatitis B, generally used to protect liver cell function, anti-virus and adjust the body’s immune function combined with the program. Through clinical observation, the use of interferon combined transfer factor in the treatment of hepatitis B, the recent curative effect is better, are reported below. I.
