在不变更机床高频电源,工作液中加入适量添加剂,通过调整工作液浓度配比,可以进一步提高生产率、加工精度、表面光洁度。本文初步探讨了加工表面黑白交叉条纹产生的基本原因以及延长钼丝工作寿命、实现低损耗加工的可行性等问题。
Without changing the high frequency power of the machine tool, adding appropriate amount of additive into the working fluid, the concentration of the working fluid can be adjusted to further improve the productivity, processing precision and surface finish. In this paper, the basic reasons for the black-and-white cross-streaks on the machined surface and the feasibility of extending the working life of the molybdenum wire and realizing the low-loss machining are discussed.
