本文报道我院自1984年以来94例经手术证实的室间隔缺损(VSD)病人二维超声和右心导管检查结果,二维超声检出率为97.9%,右心导管检出率91.4%,其中31例小型VSD(φ≤0.5cm)二维超声检出率93.3%,右心导管检出率67.7%,二维超声对VSD的检出率高于右心导臂。本组二维超声对VSD大小的测值与手术对照两者相关良好,r=0.77,P<0.01。二维超声对VSD的定位与手术对照,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。作者认为,对单纯VSD病人二维超声检查方法优于右心导管检查。
This article reports 94 cases of ventricular septal defect (VSD) confirmed by surgery in our hospital since 1984, two-dimensional ultrasound and right heart catheterization results, two-dimensional ultrasound detection rate of 97.9%, right heart catheterization rate of 91.4% Among them, the detection rate of two-dimensional ultrasonography was 93.3% in 31 cases of small VSD (φ≤0.5cm), and the detection rate of right heart catheter was 67.7%. The detection rate of VSD by two-dimensional ultrasound was higher than that of right heart.
