今年3月初,我走访了深圳中华自行车(集团)股份有限公司,就怎样办好企业以及合资企业在经营管理上有哪些值得国有企业学习借鉴的问题进行了座谈。谈话内容主要如下:深圳中华自行车(集团)股份有限公司创建于1985年,由大陆、香港和美国三方合资,以开拓欧美市场为主要经营目标。1992年生产自行车166万辆,其中四分之三出口。1990年和1991年分别获得“全国十大最佳合资企业”的第一名和第二名,1991年被评为“全国最大100家机电出口生产企业”的第一名。现
