对GR钢制造的白铜和45Ag焊料热挤压模进行稀土催渗S—C—N共渗处理可提高抗咬合、抗粘着能力,渗层可增厚18~35%,使命寿命提高3倍以上。试验表明,在稀土催渗条件下的S—C—N共渗层的组织形貌由五层组成。
Rare earth catalyst S-C-N co-infiltration treatment of white steel and 45Ag solder hot extrusion die made of GR steel can improve anti-bite and anti-adhesion ability, and the leakage layer can be increased by 18-35% and the service life can be increased by more than 3 times . The experiment shows that the microstructure of S-C-N co-diffusion layer is composed of five layers under the condition of rare earth seepage.
