血液凝溶状态与缺血性脑血管疾病关系密切。D-二聚体是交联纤维蛋白的特异性降解产物,可作为体内高凝状态和纤溶亢进的分子标志物之一。本文仅就D-二聚体的一般生物学特性及其在缺血性脑血管疾病中的作用作一综述。
Blood coagulation status and ischemic cerebrovascular disease are closely related. D-dimer is a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, which can be used as one of the molecular markers of hypercoagulability and fibrinolysis in vivo. This article reviews only the general biological characteristics of D-dimer and its role in ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
