方法将双管采油技术改造完善并用于稠油热采井,应用管式泵实现重复性不动管柱注采转换。目的提高原油产量和油汽比,减少作业工作量。结果双管吞吐工艺技术在河南油区共应用30口井,累计增油91385t,投入产出比达1∶7。结论稠油热采双管采油配套技术为河南油区浅、薄层稠油开发提供了一套新的开采工艺,应用该技术可提高稠油开发后期油井回采水率,增加采油量,满足了稠油热采井高周期吞吐的工艺需要,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益
Methods The double-tube oil recovery technology was improved and applied to heavy oil thermal recovery wells, and the tube pump was used to realize the injection and conversion of fixed and immobile columns. Objective To increase crude oil production and fuel-air ratio and reduce workload. Results Two-pipe throughput technology applied a total of 30 wells in Henan oil region, with a total increase of 9138.5t, with an input-output ratio of 1: 7. Conclusions The double-tube oil recovery technology for heavy oil thermal recovery provides a new set of mining technology for the development of shallow and thin heavy oil in Henan oil field. The application of this technology can increase the recovery rate of oil wells and increase oil recovery in the late stage of heavy oil development, Heavy oil thermal recovery well high-cycle throughput process needs, with significant economic and social benefits
