作者等用豚鼠和小鼠进行了自身免疫性感音性聋的实验研究。实验动物为8只豚鼠用鸡耳蜗组织加Freund氏佐剂免疫,另2只豚鼠只用Freund氏佐剂作对照;小鼠4只,2只用鸡耳蜗组织加Freund氏佐剂,2只用豚鼠耳蜗组织加Freund氏佐剂免疫,1只小鼠只用Freund氏佐剂作为对照。在免疫前后作脑干电反应测听法监测听阈,并取血清查特异性抗体;免疫结束后取颞骨作内耳免疫细胞化学和组织学检查。结果用鸡耳蜗抗原免疫的8只豚鼠免疫后听阈均有上升;小鼠用鸡耳蜗免疫的,2只听阈也均上升;而用豚鼠耳蜗免疫的,只有1只听阈上升,另一只无变化。酶联免疫试验在所
The authors used guinea pigs and mice to conduct an experimental study of autoimmune susceptibility deafness. Eight guinea pigs were immunized with Freund’s adjuvant and the other two guinea pigs were treated with Freund’s adjuvant alone. Four mice, two mice were treated with Freund’s adjuvant with chicken cochlea and two Guinea pig cochlear tissue was immunized with Freund’s adjuvant, and only one mouse was treated with Freund’s adjuvant alone. Before and after immunization for brainstem response audiometry monitoring threshold, and serum specific antibodies; after the end of the temporal bone for immunocytochemistry and histological examination. Results The hearing thresholds of 8 guinea pigs immunized with chicken cochlear antigen increased after immunization. In mouse immunized with chicken cochlea, the 2 hearing thresholds also increased.
