在新形势下企业管理的过程中,执行力起着重要作用。而员工作为组织中的一员,服从是组织对个人的基本要求。员工思想出现的新变化、新情况、新问题为企业的思想政治工作提出了新的课题,特别是目前石油企业正处于一个非常时期,维护员工队伍稳定和思想政治工作至关重要。基于此,对影响基层执行力的因素进行分析,通过强化宣传引导,倡导执行理念,并且在思想上引导员工,开展对基层员工思想政治工作,培养员工的服从意识,促进执行力建设,及时采取有效途径,提升执行能力。为今后如何培养基层员工的执行力提供可借鉴的依据。
