为了便于阅读,现将作者写给国土资源部“两会”秘书处的信刊登于前,可能对读者和同行推敲或借鉴有利。国土资源部职工教育研究会、继续工程教育协会秘书处: 你们好!工作都还忙吧,身体还好吧。自从我在桂林听了你们的讲课后,总想写点什么,但由于根基太浅,老是下不了笔。今天,给您看看我最近写的一篇竞聘述职报告,盼能得到你们的指点。我队现有职工537人,其中:在册职工350人(含退养职工134人),离退休职工187人。今年8月,由于原离退休科长退休,我队在全队职工范围内招聘该职位。起先,该岗位要求必须是党员(考虑要兼职离退休党支部书记),后考虑到各方面因素,条件上改为“党员优先”。在竞聘之前,队召开离退休人员会议。会上,老同志的意见比较一致的是:①必须是党员;②必须专职;③工作态度要好;④年龄最好在45岁左右。当时,推荐出离退休人员比较满意的三位人选(里面没有我)。后来,我从部分老同志的说话中了解到,他们对我的普遍意见有:①不能兼职;②年轻了些(只有32岁);③待人态度不是很热情;④不是党员。在队领导班子里,对我兼职该职位也有二种截不同的意见。很长时间,我动摇了自己参加竞聘的决心,直到竞聘前二天,我还在犹豫。最后,我还是参加了。我从新组建的广西地矿局(包括原地矿局、有色局、核工业局)今年进行的结构调整工作思路以及分块管理后基地物业管理中心的职能方面着手,组织了这篇竟聘演讲稿。最后,取得了评委和大部份职工的好评,从6名好手中脱颖而出,终于在担任原劳动人事科科长的基础上,兼职就任队离退休科科长一职。在就业日趋艰难的今天,在积极推行竞争上岗的今天,我希望我的这篇文章能给求职人员些许启迪。这就是我最大的愿望。旁不多叙,最后,祝: 安康如意,工作顺利! 您的学生李静初 2001年9月30日 In order to facilitate reading, now the author wrote to the Ministry of Land and Resources “two sessions ” the letter of the Secretariat published in the front, may be readers and colleagues scored or learn from.
