对铝酸钠水玻璃浆液材料的基本性能进行了实验室试验,明确了影响浆液胶凝时间,可灌性和固砂体抗压强度、稳定性的主要因素。分析了模拟坑试验的结果。化学注浆用于建井工程实践,探讨了注浆设计、施工和效果检查中的一系列问题。用化学注浆法打井,通过厚度8米、涌水量达每小时169立方米的流砂层,在我国冶金矿山建设中是一个创举。
Laboratory tests were conducted on the basic properties of sodium aluminate water glass paste materials, and the main factors affecting gelling time, potability, compressive strength and stability of the solid sand bodies were clarified. The results of the simulated pit test were analyzed. Chemical grouting is used in well construction engineering practice, and a series of problems in grouting design, construction and effect inspection are discussed. The drilling of wells by chemical grouting is a pioneering move in the construction of metallurgical mines in China, through flowing sand layers with a thickness of 8 meters and an inflow of 169 cubic meters per hour.
