腰椎间盘突出是飞行人员的常见病,是导致停飞的重要原因之一。在笔者担任航医的某强击机部队飞行员中,1995年3月至1999年4月的4年里发生椎间盘突出症5例,均经医院确诊。他们都是飞行10～15年的中坚力量。其中停飞3例,占该部队同期停飞总数的27.3％,占身体原因停飞的33.3％。这一现象引起笔者的不安和关注。现分析报告如下。 Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease of pilots, is one of the important reasons leading to grounded. Among the pilots of a certain attack plane unit serving as a medical doctor, 5 cases of disc herniation occurred during the four years from March 1995 to April 1999 and were confirmed by the hospital. They are the backbone of 10 to 15 years of flying. Among them, 3 were grounded, accounting for 27.3% of the total number of grounded flights of the same period and accounting for 33.3% of the total number of grounded bodies.
