氯丙嗪是目前广泛使用的亲精神病药物,它的临床效果很好。本文介绍了用国产仪器及 CCl_4试剂测定血清及尿内氯丙嗪及其衍生物浓度的方法,并观察临床疗效与血尿内药物浓度的关系。根据作者的意见,氯丙嗪进入人体后,大多以硫氧化物及其他结合体的形式存在,游离的氯丙嗪的含量甚微。由于服用氯丙嗪时间的不同,病人在24小时内血内浓度有一定波动,清晨空腹服药30分钟后,血内浓度最高,故所有研究的病例均于空腹服药30分钟后抽血,并于当天留24小时尿以供检查。
Chlorpromazine is the most widely used pro-psychotic drug and its clinical effect is very good. This article describes the use of domestic instruments and CCl_4 reagent determination of serum and urine chlorpromazine and its derivatives concentration method and observe the clinical efficacy and the relationship between blood and urine drug concentration.
