形状记忆合金(SMA)是一种具有多种特性的新兴功能材料,其力学性能与材料本身的元素组成比例、应力状态以及周围的环境温度等有着复杂的关系.本文选用某金属开发有限公司生产的镍钛SMA为研究对象,对12组48根奥氏体状态下形状记忆合金丝试件进行力学性能试验,通过改变电流、加载幅值、加载速率、循环次数和直径等主要试验参数,研究了形状记忆合金材料的力学特性.结果表明:加载幅值和加载速率是影响奥氏体SMA材料力学性能的主要参数.
Shape memory alloy (SMA) is a kind of new functional material with many properties, and its mechanical properties have complex relationship with the elemental composition ratio, the stress state and the ambient temperature of the material itself.This article selects a certain Metal Development Co., Ltd. production Nickel-titanium SMA as the research object, the mechanical properties of 48 specimens of shape memory alloy wire under 12 austenitic conditions were tested. By changing the main test parameters of current, loading amplitude, loading rate, cycle number and diameter, The mechanical properties of SMA materials were studied.The results show that the loading amplitude and loading rate are the main parameters that affect the mechanical properties of SMA materials.
