作大鼠回肠外置于腹部皮下手术,开两个观察口。伤口愈合后进行~(60)Co-γ射线10Gy全身照射。照射前及照射后观察小肠绒毛微循环变化。结果表明。照后6h,绒毛微血管网模糊或轻度扩张;照后24h,绒毛微血管扩张,血流速度稍慢;照后48h,上述改变加重;照后72h,毛细血管网消失,微血管驰张伴有血流速度明显减慢或血流淤滞,组织学检查显示绒毛裸露与微血管扩张。本实验证明,超致死剂量全身照射后小肠绒毛微循环有明显的规律性变化。
Rat ileum placed in the abdomen subcutaneous surgery, open two observation port. The wounds were irradiated with 10 Gy of ~ (60) Co-γ-ray. The microcirculation changes of small intestine before and after irradiation were observed. The results show. After 6h, villus capillary network was vague or slightly dilated; 24h after villus capillary vasodilation, the blood flow rate was slightly slower; at 48h after irradiation, the above mentioned changes were aggravated; at 72h after irradiation, the capillary network disappeared and the microvascular relaxation accompanied by blood Flow velocity was significantly slowed or blood stasis, histological examination revealed villus nudity and microvascular dilatation. The experiment shows that the super-lethal dose of whole body microvilli after a significant regular change in microcirculation.
