以天津市某大型钢铁企业为研究对象,通过对钢铁企业废水、城镇生活污水、工业废水、雨水等非常规水源的水质特征、处理工艺、再生水水质特征及回用途径等方面进行研究,探讨了非常规水源作为钢铁企业供水水源的可行性,以期为北方严重缺水地区钢铁企业的治污开源提供参考。结果表明,非常规水源再生回用能够满足企业生产用水水质和水量的要求,能为企业节约大量的用水费用,为企业和周边城镇节水减排做出贡献,具有技术及经济可行性。
Taking a large iron and steel enterprise in Tianjin as the research object, this paper studied the characteristics of water quality, treatment process, reclaimed water quality characteristics and reuse channels in wastewater of iron and steel enterprises, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, rainwater and other unconventional sources of water Unconventional sources of water as a steel water supply business feasibility of the iron and steel enterprises in the northern region to provide a reference for the pollution control of open source. The results show that unconventional water source regeneration and reuse can meet the requirements of production water quality and water quantity of enterprises, and can save a lot of water consumption for enterprises and contribute to water saving and emission reduction of enterprises and surrounding cities. It is technically and economically feasible.
