环件轧制过程中需要实时测量环件直径,针对传统测量装置存在调整麻烦、控制精度低等问题,结合TRIZ创新理论,提出一种经济、简单、有效、稳定的测量装置改进方案。在D52型径向辗环机上实施并长时运行检验,证明改进后的测量装置稳定可靠,检测精度较高,降低了工人技能要求和劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
In the process of ring rolling, the ring diameter needs to be measured in real time. In order to solve the problems that traditional measuring devices have trouble in adjustment and low control precision, this paper proposes an economical, simple, effective and stable measuring device improvement scheme combining TRIZ innovation theory. In the D52 radial ring rolling machine and the long-term operation of the test to prove that the improved measuring device is stable and reliable, higher detection accuracy, reducing the skill requirements of workers and labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
