三唑仑(三唑安定,triazolam)系苯二氮草类催眠镇静药,其紫外吸收λ_(max)为222nm。因为本品片剂的溶出液最大可能浓度为0.5 μg/ml,如直接测定灵敏度不够。USPXXI版规定用HPLC法测定。为使测定方法简便、价廉,我们选用液固萃取法富集片剂的溶出液,再用光度法测定。应用化学键合相硅胶和大孔吸附树脂进行液固萃取已有文献报道。对于固定相的净化,文献中引用的方法也很多,然而多数是富集后进行色谱测定,如在紫外短波长区测定,这就要求过吸附剂的空白淋洗液在样品测定波长处
