(一)前言螺旋槽管亦称轧槽管,简称 S 管,自1966年美国橡树岭国立实验室 Lawsons 等发表了实验报告后,国内外都进行了广泛深入的研究。华南工学院邓颂九等以及重庆大学程俊国等对其传热机理、流阻计算、优化设计等方面都做了大量甚有成效的工作。螺旋槽管不但可用于无相变流体的管内外传热强化,而且可用于有相变流体的管内、外冷凝强化,管内沸腾强化等。例如华南工学院化机教研室用 n=1,H=8mm,e=0.8mm,φ19×2mm 碳钢螺旋槽管与光滑管作了气——水型试验,在 Pr=0.692~5,Re=20,
