The contents of hexokinase (HK), isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH), leucine aminopeptidase (LAP), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and apple in the leaves of citrus were analyzed by starch gel electrophoresis Enzyme (ME) isoenzyme.
