作为一项系统工程,思想政治教育人才管理构成思想政治教育的重要内容。从工效学的视角,构建在一定环境下由管理者、管理、人才组成的思想政治教育人才管理闭环系统。确立系统优化遵循积极因素、层次性、与时俱进的原则。立于系统组成要素的自身特性及相互联系,探究系统优化需加强队伍建设、改进管理活动、建立反馈机制、创建优良系统环境,以达到实现思想政治教育人才管理系统最佳效能的目的。
As a systematic project, ideological and political education talent management constitutes an important part of ideological and political education. From the perspective of ergonomics, we construct a closed-loop system of talent management in ideological and political education which is composed of managers, managers and talents in a certain environment. Establish the system to follow the principles of positive factors, levels, advancing with the times. In order to explore the system optimization, it is necessary to strengthen team building, improve management activities, establish feedback mechanism and create excellent system environment so as to achieve the goal of achieving the best performance of talent management system in ideological and political education.
