随着血液净化技术水平的不断提高,血液透析患者的生存期明显延长,而远期并发症也相继出现,严重影响维持血液透析患者的生存质量,由于肾脏对磷的排泄发生障碍,而饮食中不断的摄取,透析治疗也不能完全平衡钙磷代谢,导致出现钙磷代谢紊乱,进而增加了血液透析患者的死亡率。目前治疗高磷血症的手段主要是:饮食限制磷的摄入、血液透析和腹膜透析以及各种含金属与非金属磷结合剂的广泛应用。现对慢性肾脏病高磷血症的治疗现状予以综述。
