联合造型材料生产企业,对两种原砂形成的混合型砂进行了再生工艺开发。通过对再生砂拍摄显微照片、检测粒度和含泥量、三筛集中度等项目,制订了验证方案。对12 t A型再生砂和4.75 t B型再生砂用于发动机四缸主体砂芯的制芯和浇注验证。在验证时逐量减少树脂、逐步改变制芯参数的方法进行。掌握了混合型旧砂再生砂用于冷芯盒制芯的工艺参数,所生产的发动机主体砂芯质量稳定,年节约成本160万元。
