在模拟海洋大气环境的盐溶液中,对A709 Gr345W耐候桥梁钢和普通Q345钢进行了极化曲线测试和干湿交替加速腐蚀试验,对比分析了两种试验钢的动电位极化曲线和模拟干湿交替条件下的腐蚀速率。结果表明:A709Gr345W钢的耐大气腐蚀指数为6.3,符合美国公路及运输协会制定的关于建筑结构用型钢标准A709和关于低合金钢的大气腐蚀标准G101的要求,A709 Gr345W钢耐候性能明显优于Q345普通结构钢。
In the salt solution simulating the marine atmospheric environment, the polarization curve test and the wet-dry alternating accelerated corrosion test were carried out on the A709 Gr345W weathering bridge steel and the ordinary Q345 steel. The dynamic potentiodynamic polarization curves and the simulated dry Corrosion rate under alternating wet conditions. The results show that the atmospheric corrosion index of A709Gr345W steel is 6.3, which is in line with the requirements of American Society of Road and Transport Association on the standard A709 for structural steel and G101 on the atmospheric corrosion of low alloy steel. The weathering resistance of A709 Gr345W steel is obviously better than that of Q345 Ordinary structural steel.
