介绍骺开放自体骺软骨移植填充治疗儿童骺早闭的手术技术并评价其疗效。两例分别为胫骨远端和胫骨近端骺早闭患儿,其闭合范围<50%。行骺开放及自体髂骨骺软骨填充治疗。分别随访10个月和14个月,结果纵向生长能力恢复,成角畸形部分矫正。表明生长期儿童行骺开放和自体骺软骨移植不但可防止骨桥形成,而且可恢复纵向生长能力,并矫正成角畸形。
Introduce the epiphyseal open epiphyseal cartilage transplantation fill in children with epiphyseal closure surgery technology and evaluate its efficacy. Two cases were distal tibia and proximal tibia proximal epiphyseal closure in children, the closure range of <50%. Epiphyseal open and autologous iliac epiphyseal cartilage filling treatment. The patients were followed up for 10 months and 14 months respectively. The results showed that the longitudinal growth ability was restored and the angle deformity was partially corrected. Show growth of children in the epiphyseal open and epiphyseal cartilage transplantation can not only prevent the formation of bone bridge, but also to restore the ability of longitudinal growth and correction of angular deformity.
