汽油调合生产中时常会遇到“非专罐专用”情况,要完成批次生产目标,需将批次开始前,产品罐底汽油的辛烷值逐步补偿到批次目标值。文章提出了一阶惯性补偿法,并研究罐底补偿参数对补偿性能的影响。在此基础上,提出了一种求解罐底补偿关键参数的优化算法。实例仿真证明该优化算法能够在大参数范围内优化罐底补偿性能,使罐底补偿曲线具有更加合理的罐底补偿参数。
Gasoline blending production often encounter “non-special tank ” situation, to complete the batch production goals, the need to start before the batch, the product of the octane gasoline bottom of the tank gradually compensation to the target value. The paper presents a first-order inertia compensation method and studies the influence of tank bottom compensation parameters on compensation performance. On this basis, an optimization algorithm for solving the key parameters of tank bottom compensation is proposed. The simulation results show that the optimization algorithm can optimize the tank bottom compensation performance within a large parameter range and make the tank bottom compensation curve have more reasonable compensation parameters of the tank bottom.
