近年来,哈尔滨市中小企业发展迅猛,在促进经济增长、增加财政收入、扩大就业等方面的作用愈来愈突出,但是融资难成为制约中小企业进一步发展的瓶颈。本文在对哈尔滨市中小企业融资难分析的基础上,从中小企业内部和外部两方面深入分析了原因,并从信用体系建设、民间资本等角度提出了相应的对策建议。 In recent years, the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Harbin has played an increasingly prominent role in promoting economic growth, increasing financial revenue and expanding employment. However, financing difficulties have become the bottleneck restricting the further development of SMEs. Based on the analysis of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in Harbin, this paper deeply analyzes the reasons from both inside and outside of SMEs, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of credit system construction and private capital.
