新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic ischemicencephalopathy,HIE)是围产期缺氧导致脑的缺氧缺血损害,临床表现以急性意识障碍伴有一系列神经系统症状,具有病情危重,病死率高的特点。重症存活者有永久性神经系统功能损害,也是新生儿的多发病。我们于1997年1月至1998年1月对38例住院新生儿中HIE患儿进行了CT检查并将结果报告如下。 材料与方法 1 一般资料 全部病例均为儿科住院患儿,诊断标准均按韩玉昆整理新生儿HIE诊断依据和临床分度为准。38例患儿中男20例,女18
