低分子右旋糖酐是临床常用的代血浆，其不良反应常见有发热、荨麻疹等，偶可见有严重的过敏性反应。我院曾出现 1例因输入低分子右旋糖酐引起严重过敏性休克的病人，经抢救及护理，病人已痊愈出院，现报道如下。1病例介绍　　患者男， 36岁，因高热腹泻咳嗽于 1996年 7月 14日 Low molecular weight dextran is commonly used in clinical practice on behalf of the plasma, the adverse reactions common fever, urticaria, etc., even seen a serious allergic reaction.
